• Visions in Verse Paperback, digital eBook or paperback/eBook combination
• Art Poem sizes: some selections in 14″ x 11″ artwork only; most available in 14″ x 11″, 30″ x 24″ and 36″ x 24″.
• All Art Poems are available in these formats: high-resolution print on luster paper, canvas print with a choice of mirrored, white or black gallery wrapped edge, print on luster paper in a choice of 5 metal frames with plexiglass, or print on luster paper in a choice of 5 metal frames with a mat and plexiglass.
• Metal frame colors include white, black, silver, gold, bronze with some variation in appearance from the framed artwork pictures shown on the site.
• Mats include an Arctic White Custom Decorative Mat with 2.5″ V-Groove for 14″ x 11″ artwork and Arctic White Custom Decorative Mat with 3.5″ V-Groove for 30″ x 24″ and 36″ x 24″ artwork.
• All formats except print come fully assembled and ready for hanging on your wall.

• Ordering is fast, easy and secure online. Simply pay with your credit card via PayPal. Paypal also provides options to pay with a major credit card without a PayPal account.
• Custom printed artwork including canvas and framed selections with free shipping are available for continental U.S. customers only.
• Customers outside the continental U.S. and International customers may complete a special order request form to inquire about placing a custom print or framed artwork order.
• Digital products (eBook and digital artwork) may be purchased in the US and internationally.

• Ground shipping is free for all customers within the continental U.S.
• Customers outside the continent U.S. and International customers may complete a special order request form to inquire about shipping charges and for placing an order.
• Priority shipping is available for continental U.S. customers at an additional fee which displays in the cart at time of purchase.

• A 6% sales tax fee is automatically charged to orders shipped to Florida at the time of purchase.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes art poems personalized with your photo.

Tangible books and non-customized art poems in our store are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or your money will be refunded. Returns must be in new condition without damage and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Call 239-293-7695 for return authorization.

Framed and printed artwork is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defects and will be replaced at no cost to you in the event of damage. In the event of damage, notification about the damage along with digital picture must be received by email within 7 days of delivery to begin replacement processing. All packing materials should be retained and may be requested for inspection purposes.

Books and art poems from our store (non-custom orders) may be returned within 30 days. You must call 1-239-293-7695 for return authorization. Returns received without authorization will be subject to a $25 fee. When you call and request return authorization, you will be given a Return Authorization number that must be clearly visible on the outside of your package. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping through your carrier of choice. Packaging materials must be returned along with all contents in like-new condition.

Digitally downloadable eBooks are not included in our return policy. A limit of two downloads per product is provided. Please determine where downloads are available on your computer or you may have difficulty locating these files.
